-  DELIVERY & TRACKING  -

DELIVERY

  • TE Hong Kong is delivering all orders to Hong Kong and Macau.

  • Delivery time: Hong Kong 3-6 working days, Macau 5-8 working days.

  • All indicated prices are the minimum costs and depend on the weight of your parcel.

  • For any orders above HKD 600 we offer free delivery.

  • Due to the policy of local courier, an additional collection fee for maybe imposed depending on the location of the delivery address (i.e. residential and distant location).

REMARKS

  • Please note that we do not ship orders to any hotels, PO Box, military and protected areas.

  • We only delivery to one delivery address per order, rerouting delivery charges due to an incorrect or non-existent delivery address will be bear by customer.

ORDER TRACKING

  • Once the order is shipped, you may refer to the tracking number provided in the shipment confirmation email.  Kindly allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated on the online tracking system of the SF Express.

ENQUIRY

  • In case of any order received is not what you've ordered or damaged, or further concerns on shipments & delivery, please email to info@thetepothk.com, we will work on it for you.

-  RETURNS  -

  • All items are non-refundable.  If you are not happy with your received item, all items in regular price are eligible for exchange ONCE.

  • You can return the items in 3 days for local order, or 14 days for Macau order from the date you receive your items. (Return with no receipt or beyond the mentioned period will not be valid)

  • Items to be returned must be in original/good condition with 90% full.

  • Please contact us (through email or facebook message), specify your order number and the reason(s) of returning the item(s).


NOTE

  • Customers should be responsible for the delivery cost of the returned items.

  • Items that have been consumed more than 90% in the package in any way are non-returnable.

  • TE reserves the rights to change our Return & Exchange Policy without prior notice.  If the return items in question do not meet our standard, we reserve the rights to refuse the return or exchange.
